Sarah E. Lucas
Ms. Lucas has practiced employment, business and professional liability law for more than a decade. She is an experienced litigator, having litigated a wide range of cases in state and federal courts involving unfair business practices, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment. Short of litigation, Ms. Lucas is a persuasive and effective negotiator. Through her direct effort, many matters have been brought to early, cost effective resolution short of trial or mediation.
Ms. Lucas has also provided comprehensive advice to employers on a wide spectrum of issues, including policies and practices, employment contracts, discipline and discharge, employee privacy, discrimination, harassment, leaves of absence and wage and hour matters.
