Kendall M. Burton
Ms. Burton brings to the firm experience in labor and employment law as well as general business litigation. She represents employers in litigation before State and Federal courts in a broad range of matters, including claims for wages, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and breach of contract. She also represents employers before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement and the Workers Compensation Appeals Board. Prior to joining Simpson, Garrity & Innes, PC, Ms. Burton was an associate in the San Francisco office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP.
