Anne Sweeney represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law.
Ms. Sweeney's practice is focused on litigation and employment & labor law, assisting her firm clients in general litigation matters as well as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, worker's compensation and wage and hour matters.
Ms. Sweeney served a legal clerkship with Simpson, Garrity, Innes & Jacuzzi and went on to receive her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
